New Morning Retreat ("New Morning," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the reservation request form: your name, email address, the session you are interested in, the number of guests, and any message you include. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not set marketing cookies.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site so we can improve it. Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses and is used only for measurement, never for advertising. You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your reservation request and to arrange your time with us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
How your request is delivered
Reservation requests are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email service, which processes your submission only to pass it along to us. You can review their practices in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
Links to other sites
This site links out to third parties such as booksellers and social media. Once you follow one of those links, their own privacy policies govern your visit. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
Data retention
We keep your request only as long as needed to respond and to manage your reservation, then remove it.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm, correct, or delete the information you sent. To make a request, use the reservation form and let us know.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
