New Morning Retreat is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic structure with clear headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link
• Text and background colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• Labeled, keyboard-operable form fields with visible focus styles
• A control to pause the background video, and full respect for the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system
• A layout that responds to zoom and to small screens

Accessibility is something we keep working at. If any part of this site is difficult to use, we want to hear about it and put it right.
