Step out of your daily life for a mini-retreat on Elbow Cay in the beautiful Abaco Islands of the Bahamas. Give yourself time to reset and learn new tools for showing up in life as your most energized, calm and vibrant self.

5 Mornings of Guided Offerings
Wednesday, February 12 to Sunday, February 16
9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily followed by lunch
With the guidance and support of our team of mind-body professionals, you’ll enjoy offerings to include all-levels yoga, block therapy fascial release, breathwork, meditation, guided journaling, ceremony and a healthy lunch.
All classes at New Morning, a secluded sanctuary of beauty and bliss on the North End of Hope Town.
Afternoons and evenings on your own to explore the island by golf cart or bicycle, book a Reiki or massage session, relax on the beach, play in an art class or enjoy the music at the 2025 Hope Town Songwriters Festival (Feb. 11 to 16 at various locations around the island).

Single Session: $50
Single Session + Lunch: $75
All 5 Sessions: $225
All 5 Sessions + Lunch: $350
Registration fee includes:
Daily yoga, meditation, relaxation and well-being classes
Courtesy daily shuttle to and from the North End from the ball field (departs at 8:30 a.m., returns 1:30 p.m.)
Lunch
Private 1:1 Reiki sessions, massage sessions and an art class will be available for an additional fee.
Retreat Payments
Please note, retreat participants are responsible for their own airfare, taxi, ferry passage and accommodations.
Before booking your reservation, please read our Cancellation Policy and Participation Waiver. Kindly note that participants will be required to sign a copy of the participation waiver upon arrival.

Hope Town is home to beautiful rental homes and several inns. If you choose to find your own accommodations, we recommend booking a rental home through Elbow Cay Properties or vrbo.
For those who prefer an inn or resort, we recommend the Hope Town Inn and Marina, the Abaco Inn, Firefly Sunset Resort, and Turtle Hill Resort.

Getting here
Elbow Cay/Hope Town Village is accessed via Leonard M. Thompson International Airport (MHH) in Marsh Harbour, Bahamas. Delta, American Airlines, Silver Airways and BahamasAir fly in and out of this airport. **We recommend purchasing trip insurance.**
From the airport, you will taxi to the ferry dock and take a ferry to Hope Town. Plenty of taxis are available at the airport. If you would like to prearrange a taxi, contact Fabien Archer at (242) 477-5699 on WhatsApp.
Ferry to Hope Town
Albury’s Ferry Service leaves approximately every hour and stops running for the day around 7:15 p.m., (242) 367-0290. To arrange for a private charter, call (242) 822-0290.

Meet the Instructors

Molly Harrison
Molly has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices since 1998. She received her 200-hour training from Integral Yoga Institute in Buckingham, VA and has been teaching continually on the Outer Banks ever since; literally thousands of classes. She has taken hundreds more hours of workshops and additional certifications since then and is an insured instructor. Molly is a certified Reiki Master.

Christy Young
Christy trained in 2009 to be a Reiki I practitioner and the following year, received her Reiki II training and certification. She renewed her second degree again in 2018 at the Duke Center for Integrative Medicine and in 2019, received her Reiki Master degree. Christy also completed a 300 hour intensive training course in Costa Rica with Alberto Villoldo, specializing in Shamanic studies and energy medicine.
In 2020, both Molly and Christy led a weeklong healing workshop in the Bahamas for hurricane survivors after Hurricane Dorian devastated so much of the islands. She has a broad spectrum of experience, having worked with chronic pain sufferers, pre and post-op surgery patients, in hospice and end of life care, with epilepsy patients, women in labor, and clients seeking overall general body and mind alignment sessions.

Rachael Aberle
Rachael's passion is healing herself and assisting others to do the same. With a lifetime of dedication and more than twenty years of experience in the health and wellness world, Rachael uses Block Therapy, yoga, and nutrition to repair and realign the body. Her mission is to empower you to take your health into your own hands to improve your quality of life and realise your true potential.
Rachael is among the first 10 Block Therapists in the world, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and a raw food specialist. She shares her passion and knowledge with her clients through her regular Zoom classes and her unique retreats in The Bahamas, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. Rachael is a mother of two and enjoys dancing, boating, walking on the beach collecting sea treasures, spending time with family and friends, and meeting new people.
